First “Board Certified Real Estate Professional (BCREP)” Designation Launched in New Jersey and New York

The Staten Island Board of Realtors announces eight (8) SIBOR members who have earned the Board for Excellence in Real Estate’s (BERE) prestigious Board Certified Real Estate Professional (BCREP) designation.  

BCREP indicates Realtors who have met stringent Ethics, Education and Client Satisfaction requirements established by BERE.  The designation is significant in that it is the industry’s first to consider an agent’s client satisfaction levels in the review process.

Realtors with the BCREP designation are considered to be among the most skilled agents in the business. 

The Board for Excellence in Real Estate (BERE) awarded its Board Certified Real Estate Professional (BCREP) designation to Realtors® from Bergen County, NJ; Staten Island, NY and Brooklyn, NY in a ceremony held at the Park Ridge, New Jersey Marriott on Friday, June 6, 2008.   The SIBOR members who received their BCREP designation are:

SIBOR President Dawn Carpenter of Dawning Real Estate, Inc.; SIBOR President-Elect John Vernazza of Village Realty; Claire Chesnoff of V.I.P. Real Estate, Inc. ; Diana Dolce of Neuhaus Realty; Mary Kae Higgins of Re/Max Reliable in Brooklyn; Joe Pallotta of V.I.P. Real Estate, Inc.; Arlene Trunzo of A.T. Real Estate Specialists and SIBOR Secretary/Treasurer George S. Wonica of Wonica Realtors & Appraisers.

The Board for Excellence in Real Estate (BERE) was founded in 2006 by the RealSource Association of Realtors® (Bergen County, NJ) and Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR, Staten Island, NY).
